Epistar specialises in high-brightness LED products, which are used in general lighting, traffic signals, and various consumer products such as mobile phones and laptop computers. The company supplies the LED backlighting for Samsung liquid crystal displays.[1]

It is the world's largest manufacturer of red and yellow LEDs, and holds over 1000 patents.It has a history of patent disputes with competitor Philips Lumileds over the use of AlInGaP LED technology. However in September, 2009, Philips Lumileds signed an agreement to license AlInGaP technology to Epistar.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Within 48 hours of receiving the products/items, kindly turn on and test all the individual items and let us know if there is any led not working (though a rarity but it does happens once in a blue moon).

1)snap a picture immediately as reference and email to us.
2)we will follow up with the supplier and get a 1 to 1 exchange. i.e. if there is a strip of 50cm that is not functioning perfectly, we will request for at least at 50cm exchange.
